First Baptist Church of Attleboro Sunday Worship - 10 AM Call to Worship: One: We are just ordinary people, like fishers mending their nets. Many: but Jesus has come and climbed into our lives and proclaimed good news among us. One: Jesus has invited us out into the deep. Many: We worship amid mystery. Unseen shoals of blessing shimmer beneath us. One: By God’s grace we have received a miraculous catch of grace. Many: Our blessings are not because we are worthy, but because we’re forgiven. One: Jesus calls us to follow. Many: Help us, Spirit, to let go of the everything we cling to; to worship in humility, gratitude, and trust; and to follow and serve humbly with love. Amen. |

The mission of First Baptist Church in Attleboro is to invite and include people in the reconciling and healing love of God, as shown us in Jesus Christ. Through worship, education, fellowship and service, we follow Christ, celebrating the gift of diversity and seeking unity.
We believe that the church and individual members have the freedom and responsibility to develop their own faith and practice with God's guidance through the Bible, the Holy Spirit, and the American Baptist tradition.
